Boundaries are powerful; they influence our thinking that drives our actions. Our boundaries separate what our likes and dislikes are, setting the distance of what one allows others to approach. Sadly enough some boundaries have manifested over the years by the condition of emotions resulting from life experiences that caused deep hurt from being taken advantage. Then there are those boundaries that God sees as beneficial to help manifest a higher quality of living that’s derived from out of our thinking that filters negative thoughts from healthy thoughts.
Have you ever taken consideration of why boundaries are influential to our lives? Boundaries are a universal law that God Himself made by principals that cannot ever change. By His word, His Spirit identifies with us what‘s acceptable to Him, and by faith, we see the importance of being able to distinguish what is sound through His eyes. God’s word shows us from the beginning; Genesis 1 God created order; to divide, and to bring forth what is good.
“And God said, Let there be light and there was light”.
The word “light” in the Hebrew context means order-
God said, “let there be order.”
Scripture goes on to say...
“God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness”.
God saw order and thought it was good, and thus creating the universal law of boundaries.
God placed "order" in His work. He knows the importance of separation and regulates them well.

evening and the morning,
Earth and Seas, and so on.
Genesis 1:3-14 KJV
God created boundaries and gave them to us so that we, His children, would control our thoughts; separating life from death, good from evil, faith from fear, and truth from deception. Us from ourselves? Yes, even us from ourselves. Defeated thoughts can be our biggest downfall, whether it causes us to act on them or causes those thoughts to manifest in reality.
“For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me.”
Job 3:25 KJV
Open your mind to God’s boundaries that lay down the truth. Because with God, there are no gray areas, there is no confusion. Incline your lifestyle to His Spiritual protection, keep Satan out of our head, he has no authority. God’s Spiritual protection separates the quality of life by the blood of Jesus. By law, the word says there is no remission of sin without bloodshed. Thus Jesus Christ is the ultimate sacrifice, He took back that power sin and death had over man.
In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;”
Ephesians 1:7 KJV
By faith, we apply the Blood of Jesus Christ over our minds. By grace, His blood is the boundary that keeps us under protection, redemption, and forgiveness, a safe refuge for a life of freedom. And by the same concept, His word cleanses our mind allowing the Holy Spirit to filter out wrong boundaries manifested from thoughts of our past that kept us from living a free God-given life.
You see, Satan has used thoughts to make you believe you had no control over your thinking and your issues in life were always going to control your actions. But the truth of the matter is, Satan only has authority to what we allow him to have, you control your thoughts, and you control your actions. God’s word filters my thoughts which leads my works down the right paths in life. By the blood of Jesus, healthy boundaries in my personal life are built up generating right thinking that discerns what is for me and what isn’t; allowing to live a life fearless in Christ.
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.
2 Corinthians 10: 4-6
I want to empower your mind today through prayer by the words read.
